Faith & Fortune goes mobile (South Boston)
Thursday, May 20th, 2010
This past weekend Faith & Fortune participated in our first ever Indie art craft fair, the South end Open market (SoWa). This place was awesome. Along with what seems like hundreds of other vendors, we set up shop (a 10×10 white tent), filled it to the brim with your fave F&F designs, and the selling began. We had many fantastic visitors who had very flattering things to say about the brand, loved the designs and feel of the fabric, and supported us with purchases. To those of you who came to say “hi” and grab a few duds; THANK YOU!

Distinguishing yourselves in a crowd this large is not easy, given the great level of talent and exhibitors present. However, our tent drew a great crowd and we met some very cool people (including other great artists, some brand/marketing gurus, and even a fabric sourcing contact!).

This is the first of what we hope are many stops throughout the summer at various open markets. This gives us a great chance to talk to people about the brand, and let them know about various initiatives we want to be involved with. We hope you will keep an eye out for an appearance near you, and even send us suggestions.
We will be back at SoWa this weekend, May 23. If you are in the area, stop in and say “hi”!
